Answering God's Call – Profession of Sister Kathryn Frank
June 14, 2009 was a gorgeous, sunny day at Mount Mary College and a particularly special day for the School sisters of Notre Dame. At 2 p.m., Sr. Katie Frank professed perpetual vows of chastity, poverty and obedience to a full room of SSNDs, family and friends during a celebration of commitment. She entered the community and embarked on the formation process that would encompass 10 years. This included steps of inquiry, affiliation, postulancy, novitiate, temporary profession and finally, her day of perpetual profession. To view photos of Sr. Katie’s profession, click – HERE.
