How You Can Help

For Global Partners: Running Waters, Inc. to be effective in working together with villagers in Latin America, relationships need to be fostered and funds gathered.
Like other nonprofit organizations, your donations are tax deductible. All donations go directly to the project you designate. The GPRW personnel are volunteers except for Sister Jan whose salary is provided by the School Sisters of Notre Dame.
Click HERE for a donation form that you can print and send with your check. We'll then send you a thank you letter that doubles as a receipt for tax purposes.
Alternative Gift Giving
Help educate your family and friends to alternative giving that truly helps bring basic necessities to others. Here are opportunities for your gift:
- Water Project in Rijuyup, Quiche, Guetemala
This project is needed in order to provide potable water; it will benefit about 86 families or 516 individuals - Water filter and sanitation projects in Haiti
The water project will provide water filtration for seven schools in the mountain area of Amazones, southwest of Port au Prince and an initial set up of four water filters for the Port au Prince Orphanage. The sanitation project will involve installation of private family owned/maintained “arborloo” toilets. The arborloos are much like an outhouse, but once the pit fills the arboloo is physically lifted over a new pit, and the old pit is then planted with a tree. It is an extremely cost effective, self-sustaining answer to the lack of sanitation in the area.
