Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteers play a key role with the Enrichment Center at Notre Dame of Elm Grove, a retirement community that is home to more than 100 School Sisters of Notre Dame who minister in their golden years by their prayer and presence.
The following areas are currently in need of volunteers:
- Sewing (Items produced for the NDEG gift shop)
- Teaching/conducting various craft groups (We are seeking a ceramics teacher)
- Flower arranging
- Card making
- Visiting with Sisters
- Assisting with Jubilee (Anniversary celebration of a Sister’s vowed life) and other special events
Group leaders ordinarily volunteer once or twice a week. Supplies are provided by the center.
