The School Sisters of Notre Dame (SSND) is an international community of women who have positively influenced the lives of millions since our 1833 founding by Mother Theresa of Jesus Gerhardinger in Bavaria, Germany. We have been in Wisconsin since 1850, when Mother Caroline Friess was put in charge of the North American Missions and established our motherhouse in Milwaukee. More >
Gemütlichkeit at the Castle – July 12
You are cordially invited to an evening of good food, good friends, and good times to benefit the School Sisters of Notre Dame. From 5 to 8 p.m., participants will enjoy tours of the historic Notre Dame of Elm Grove campus, conversations with sisters, musical entertainment, gourmet German meal, unique silent auction and special raffles. The cost is $75/donor or $250/patron.
